Job description

Description

Dodge Construction Network (Dodge) is looking for a strategic and hands-on MarTech Manager to own our marketing technology ecosystem, ensure seamless integrations across platforms, and unlock data-driven decision making. This role is critical to enabling efficient campaign execution, accurate attribution, and scalable growth. 

 

You’ll collaborate across marketing, sales, and IT to optimize the tools and processes that power our demand generation, lifecycle marketing, and digital performance. 

 

This is a full-time position and reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer. 

 

Preferred Location  

This is a remote, home-office based role and candidates located in the continental United States will be considered.    

 

Travel Requirements 

Expected travel is 10% for this role.  

 

Essential Functions 

  • Own and optimize the marketing technology stack, including tools for automation, CRM, attribution, SEO, and analytics 
  • Administer Pardot to support email marketing operations, including segmentation, lead scoring, compliance, and performance reporting in collaboration with demand generation teams
  • Partner with stakeholders across marketing and sales to ensure clean data, accurate tracking, and alignment across systems 
  • Lead implementation and integration of new technologies, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum adoption 
  • Develop and document processes, workflows, and governance standards for campaign execution and lead management 
  • Collaborate with demand gen and lifecycle teams to enable segmentation, nurture flows, scoring models, and A/B testing 
  • Monitor and report on platform performance, system errors, and integration gaps—owning troubleshooting and QA 
  • Support campaign execution with list pulls, QA, and performance tracking to ensure flawless delivery 
  • Build dashboards and support marketing analytics by ensuring data integrity and visibility across platforms 
  • Stay current on MarTech trends, tools, and best practices to advise on new capabilities and drive innovation 

 

Education Requirement 

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and work experience. 

 

Required Experience, Knowledge and Skills  

  • 4+ years in marketing operations, marketing technology, or related roles 
  • Hands-on experience with:Salesforce for CRM and lead lifecycle tracking, Pardot (or Account Engagement) for marketing automation and nurture flows, and WordPress for website updates, plugin management, and performance optimization 
  • Familiarity with tagging, tracking, UTM frameworks, and working with Google Tag Manager and GA4 
  • Experience supporting lead scoring, lifecycle management, attribution modeling, and campaign analytics 
  • Strong technical aptitude and project management skills—comfortable translating marketing needs into system solutions 
  • Clear communicator with the ability to partner cross-functionally and train others on tool usage 

 

Preferred Experience, Knowledge and Skills  

Experience with CDPs, BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker), or data warehouses.

Salary Disclosure 

Dodge Construction Network’s compensation and rewards package for full time roles includes a market competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and, for applicable roles, uncapped commissions plans or an annual discretionary performance bonus.
