Our Global Talent Attraction (GTA) team identifies talent for our recruitment teams in region. We design and 
deliver talent attraction and sourcing strategies to connect with the right talent globally and build the EY 
organization of the future. Our team focuses on recruiting a wide range of roles that support our business
The Senior Talent Attraction Specialist is part of a high-performing GTA team, an attraction and sourcing 
specialist focused on identifying and is also a subject matter expert (SME) in a wide range of roles that 
support different functions
• Skillfully drive and shape effective attraction and sourcing strategies, leveraging market intelligence 
to enhance capabilities in targeted markets and geographies.
• Capably identify and engage top talent across global markets, providing strategic guidance to the 
business on best practices for attracting this talent to EY.
• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of your assigned market to effectively promote career 
pathways and position EY as the employer of choice within that market.
In a typical day, you will leverage a diverse range of attraction and sourcing strategies and tools to identify, 
screen, and qualify high-caliber talent for presentation to hiring teams. You will actively share your expertise 
with the broader team to enhance their knowledge and capabilities. Additionally, you will collaborate closely 
with assigned regional Recruiters to cultivate and maintain effective relationships with candidates 
throughout the hiring process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience until hire.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with your team and regional recruiters to strategically identify and engage with highquality candidates for senior and complex roles across various functions that align with our business 
objectives.
• Utilize a comprehensive suite of tools, including LinkedIn and SuccessFactors, to develop and 
enhance deep subject matter expertise in talent sourcing for critical skills within the market.
• Partner with your wider team to proactively address attraction and sourcing needs for diverse roles, 
ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
• Create detailed candidate profiles and document preliminary interviews, providing insightful 
information to hiring teams and recruiters to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Screen live applicants from the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for current and future opportunities, 
crafting comprehensive candidate profiles and sharing insights from preliminary interviews with 
hiring teams and recruiters.
• Conduct thorough qualifying interviews to assess candidates' suitability against role requirements, 
employing advanced interviewing techniques to ensure a strong fit.
• Ensure the delivery of a robust candidate pipeline by strategically leveraging external talent sources, 
developing talent communities, and managing referral campaigns effectively.
• Serve as a ‘Talent Advisor’ to the business, providing actionable competitive intelligence for 
recruiters and hiring managers. Gather and analyze data to support confident decision-making and 
sourcing strategies and make strategic recommendations on additional candidate pools and 
recruiting techniques based on market evaluations.
• Design and implement innovative candidate marketing techniques and materials to enhance 
attraction efforts and promote the employer brand.
• Actively pursue diverse candidate channels to advance the Global Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) talent 
agenda, ensuring a broad representation of talent.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by providing personalized communication and support 
throughout the recruitment process.
• Share expertise within the team to foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement, 
mentoring new team members (as required) and supporting their professional development.
• Achieve individual targets aligned with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and key performance 
metrics, driving continuous improvement in recruitment outcomes.
We are seeking
• Demonstrated capability in talent attraction and sourcing, ideally with a focus on sourcing for 
complex and senior roles across industries, and internationally. 
• Advanced user knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as SuccessFactors, online 
sourcing platforms, and research tools.
• Proficient in investigation, data analysis, research, and market intelligence.
• Demonstrated capability in name generation and organizational mapping to effectively identify and 
engage potential candidates.
• Demonstrated capability and expertise with internet research techniques (e.g., Boolean searches, Xray searches, website flipping).
• Expertise in building effective relationships with hiring managers and clients based on trust and 
exceptional service, acting as a trusted advisor to create innovative solutions.
• A proactive and candidate-centric work ethic.
• An innovative mindset, curiosity, and determination to seek until the right talent is identified for 
assigned openings.
• A collaborative team player, enthusiastic about working with colleagues both locally and 
internationally.
