Claims Consultant – Consumer- Darwin

About the role 

  • Provide excellent customer service while assisting with inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues efficiently via multiple channels 

  • Managing inbound, outbound calls and email correspondence within set SLAs and following company standards with the ultimate goal to achieve positive customer outcomes 

  • Understanding customer insights and feedback and always acting to put our customers best interest in everything you do  

  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory, legislative and internal compliance obligations.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure 

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and have a customer focused approach to tasks 

  • Adaptable and comfortable with change in a fast-paced, high-performance environment 

  • Comfortable navigating multiple systems with ease 

  • And most importantly, you are ready to kick start a career with one of Australia’s largest general insurers 

To be successful in the role, you will need to be available to work across the operating hours of the centre Monday to Friday 8 am – 6 pm on a rotating roster
