Specialising in online CFD trading platforms (MT4 & MT5) and services are intentionally built to help client trade effortlessly and capitalise better on winning market opportunities. Recently granted the Bappbti future license (Registered to OJK and BI) for expanding the Commodity and FX trading business. And applying for the Market Maker license by the group. They are looking for a CEO / Head of Business to establish the Sales team in achieving the business goal of short-term and long-term objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital sales strategies to meet FTD, net deposit, and activation targets.
  • Manage and optimize conversion funnels from online campaigns, paid ads, SEO, social media, email, and affiliates.
  • Lead a team of digital sales agents, telesales reps, or onboarding specialists.
  • Use data tools (GA, Meta, UTM, CRM dashboards) to monitor, analyze, and improve performance KPIs.
  • Build automations and lead nurturing workflows to drive higher conversion and engagement.


Requirements Experience

  • 3+ years experience in digital sales, growth marketing, or performance sales.
  • Proven success in converting online leads into high-value retail customers (preferably in forex/CFD/crypto/fintech).
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems, tracking tools, and automation platforms.
  • Deep understanding of digital acquisition channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube).
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using UTM tracking, A/B testing, and funnel analysis
  • Familiarity with platforms such as MT4/MT5
  • Experience managing regional digital sales campaigns.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth


Commission & Bonus Structure

  • Base Salary: Fixed (based on experience or negotiation)
  • Monthly Digital Revenue Share: 2.54% of net revenue attributed to digital sales sources. Quarterly KPI Achievement Bonus: If 100% of core KPIs met 1.5x monthly salary bonus
  • Innovation Bonus: Launch of high-performing new automation, channel, or digital campaign
  • Annual Performance Bonus: Up to 3x monthly salary for sustained year-long target achievement
