Job description

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager for a direct hire opportunity in Little Falls, MN.
This position offers full benefits including PTO, Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance and more!
Pay Range: $90k-120 k (depending on experience) OR let us know what you desire
Company vehicle provided w/ fuel card, cell phone and computer
Not a remote role – 8 hours first shift (8 am to 5 pm)

Responsibilities for Project Manager:
  • Oversees and directs construction projects from conception to completion, project sizes range from $500k to $75 million
  • Projects are both new construction and remodels of Commercial, Government and Health-care buildings
  • Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
  • Oversee all onsite/offsite construction while monitoring compliance with building and safety regulations
  • Coordinate and direct contractors and subcontractors
  • Manages the bidding process, obtains quotes, and sets up general condition vendors for
  • project(s)
  • Reviews all construction documents noted above in conjunction with project coordinator (i.e.,
  • shop drawings, RFIs PRs, ASIs, maintaining logs, and all other various project related items)
  • Travel is required to provide on-site assistance/supervision for projects on an as needed basis
Qualifications for Project Manager:
  • Knowledge of Project Management software and Microsoft Office software
  • Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods
  • Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards
  • Understanding of all facets of the construction process
  • Experience with construction management software packages and MS Office applications
  • Experience as a Project Superintendent is a plus
  • Understanding of civil/mechanical/architectural/etc. drawing and specifications is a must
  • BS degree in construction management and/or business management degree preferred
