Your mission
- Organising our webinars - structured, on time, accurately: You plan, coordinate and set up our webinars independently. You use tools such as Salesforce, Pardot and GoToWebinar - and keep track of several parallel events. You ensure the right communication, invitations, follow-ups and technical set-ups.
- Trade fairs & face-to-face events - from the initial briefing to set-up and dismantling: You will support the organisation of our offline events, e.g. trade fairs, customer days or partner formats. You plan timings, coordinate service providers, take care of material dispatch, order giveaways and trade fair equipment and keep an eye on all to-do's. You also master spontaneous challenges with calm and structure.
- Media bookings - handled with precision: You coordinate the booking of adverts and media placements for events and take care of communication with partners and media companies.
- Mailings - from invitations to reporting: You create mailings in Salesforce/Pardot (e.g. for webinars, promotions, newsletters), optimise texts, create distribution lists and ensure that they are sent out on time. You will also be responsible for analysing performance (Excel reporting).
