Compensation: Competitive base salary + up to $8,000 bonus potential

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create a dynamic and inclusive classroom environment that fosters creativity and learning.
  • Deliver engaging music instruction to students in grades K-8 using a standards-based curriculum.
  • Customize instructional materials and strategies to meet diverse student needs.
  • Regularly analyze student performance data to drive instructional decisions.
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and administration to meet school-wide and individual student goals.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to the school community.

Required Qualifications:
  • Valid teaching license in one of the following areas:
    • K-12 or Early Childhood to Adolescence – Music (All)
    • K-12 or Early Childhood to Adolescence – General Music
  • Candidates pursuing alternative certification are encouraged to apply; you also provides support throughout the process.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves):
  • Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
  • Comfortable working in a high-traffic, indoor school environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Bonus Opportunity: Up to $8,000 annually (split into two payments; subject to taxes and deductions).
