Job description

Minimum 3+ years of OFSAA implementation and production support experience.
Hands-on experience with OFSAA CRR/TM modules (Assessments, Scoring Rules, Alerts, Scenarios, etc.).
Execution and monitoring of OFSAA batches to ensure completion within defined SLAs.
Strong end-to-end knowledge of working with OFSAA batches; must be flexible to work in shifts, including weekends.
Ability to troubleshoot batch failures and ensure compliance with SLAs.
Proficient in starting and stopping OFSAA services.
Capable of performing first-level analysis by reviewing logs and database tables; coordinate with Oracle support for product-related issues.
Conduct regular health checks of applications.
Monitor incident tickets and ensure resolution within SLA timelines.
Strong skills in Oracle DB, SQL, and Unix; working knowledge of external scheduling tools like Autosys or Control-M.
Ability to perform impact assessments based on reported issues.
Coordinate with various stakeholders; effectively articulate issues and resolutions.
Follow up on problem tickets, change orders, and outstanding Oracle SRs.
Perform issue analysis and resolution for reported incidents.
Preferred: Knowledge of ECM and DIH.
Must be available to work in shifts (including weekends); 5-day workweek from office only.
