\r\nThis position is responsible for supporting the timely and accurate completion of all district administration. This includes duties related to payroll, prevailing wage, commission, purchase requests, fleet administration, reception/ phone coverage, collection related duties, and general administrative duties.
\r\n
\r\nMinimum Qualifications:
\r\nHigh School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
\r\n1-3 years of experience performing administrative duties required within a sales or service industry and working knowledge of computer-based ERP systems preferred
\r\nExpert in Microsoft Excel (Generating automated reports - includes formulas, macros, pivot tables, etc)
\r\nProficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, & PowerPoint)
\r\n
\r\nExperience/Requirements
\r\nMust possess good decision-making skills, be highly organized and detail oriented.
\r\nMust have excellent oral and written communication.
\r\nAbility to use discretion. Problem Solving and ability to escalate matters when needed.
\r\nData analysis and interpretation skills.
\r\nSpeed and accuracy with attention to detail.
\r\n
\r\nPhysical Demands:
\r\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and twist; use hands and arms to reach, handle, push, pull or feel; speak and hear. The employee is frequently required to stand and walk.

\r\nResponsibilities:
\r\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:
\r\nExecute company procedures and systems to maximize operating efficiency and system controls as it relates to district standard operating procedures.
\r\nResponsible for completing required documentation for prevailing wage compliance.
\r\nProvide backup support for administrative roles.
\r\nWork within the District team to support all members to ensure the speedy and accurate completion of all team assignments.
\r\nResponsible for working with corporations & providing necessary documentation as requested.
\r\nCheck completed work for errors or duplicate information, obtain further information for incomplete documents before submittal or completion of final product
\r\nComplete daily reports as requested
\r\nOther duties as assigned
\r\nAbility to read and interpret applicable documents, materials, policies, procedures, etc. as presented in English.
