\r\nWorking Arrangement: Onsite 5 days
\r\nSchedule Hours: 7:30am-3:30pm, 8am-4pm, 8:30am-4:30pm Monday-Friday; standard 37.5 hrs/week

\r\nCandidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
\r\n1) Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job. Some heavy lifting is required up to 50lbs.
\r\n2) Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail required to avoid privacy incidents.
\r\n3) Previous customer service or data entry related work experience
\r\n
\r\nSoft Skill:
\r\n• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, precise communication skills both verbal and written.
\r\n• Proven to be a positive team player who understands their impact on the Customer Service Experience
\r\n• Ability to cope effectively with fluctuating volumes.
\r\n• Comfortable using various Microsoft applications including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
\r\n• Strong, multi-tasking, organizational and prioritizing skills for a high volume, deadline driven environment.
\r\n• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a demonstrated ability to manage change.
\r\n
\r\nNice-To-Have Skills:
\r\n- Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset.
\r\n
