\r\nOverview:
This is a solo-person site position responsible for handling print and mail operations at a healthcare facility. The ideal candidate is an independent, self-motivated individual with a strong understanding of technology, capable of operating large production printers and managing daily operational needs with minimal supervision.
\r\n\r\nOperate large production printers to print forms and patient education materials.
\r\n\tGenerate orders using Digital Storefront software.
\r\n\tProvide day-to-day support in mail room, copy center, or scanning facility.
\r\n\tPerform contracted office services including:
\r\n\r\n\tCopying and printing
\r\n\t\tCourier and mailroom operations
\r\n\t\tManaged print services
\r\n\t\tImaging and scanning services
\r\n\t\tHospitality and reception support
\r\n\t\tHandle physical tasks including heavy lifting (up to 60 lbs).
\r\n\tManage shipping and receiving, mail delivery and processing.
\r\n\tMaintain daily contact with customer, ensuring a high level of service.
\r\n\tImplement and uphold Ricoh Service Excellence programs.
\r\n\tMonitor supply usage and manage office supply inventory.
\r\n\tCoordinate conference rooms and manage A/V equipment resources if needed.
\r\n\tCollect and provide operational data to leadership and clients; assist with monthly reporting.
\r\n\tMaintain professionalism and effective communication with all internal departments.
\r\n\tEnsure all financial and cost-related responsibilities are met.
\r\n\tInteract with facility management, contractors, and vendors when necessary.
\r\n\tPerform other duties as assigned.
\r\n\tHigh School Diploma or GED required.
\r\n\tMinimum 1 year of experience in a similar B2B or technical role.
\r\n\tAt least 1 year of customer-facing experience.
\r\n\tStrong understanding and comfort with using technology.
\r\n\tAbility to operate standard office equipment (PCs, copiers, MFDs, scanners, mail machines).
\r\n\tBasic skills in customer service, communication (verbal & written), and technical aptitude.
\r\n\tGood problem-solving and tactical thinking abilities.
\r\n\tAbility to work independently and manage a solo worksite.
\r\n\tComfortable with moderate physical demands, including lifting up to 60 lbs.
