About the Company
Forge Recruitment is currently looking for a Family Law LAA to join a specialized Family law firm in downtown Vancouver.

About the Role

Coordinating a demanding schedule and arranging all meetings and appointments
Handling initial intake and setup for new files
Creating written communications and managing high volumes of emails
Overseeing bring-forward (BF) systems and follow-ups
Liaising with clients and maintaining organized file documentation
Composing letters, legal documents, and pleadings
Performing a range of general office and administrative tasks

The Offer

Competitive remuneration ranging between $55,000 - $75,000, generous vacation allotment and a comprehensive benefits package along with RRSP Matching.

What You Bring

3+ years of experience as a legal assistant with a focus on Family Law
Legal administrative assistant certificate
Skilled at managing a large workload and handling multiple priorities effectively
Capable of making thoughtful decisions while maintaining confidentiality
Strong writing abilities with a keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills
Dependable, professional, and able to build positive working relationships
Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
