At Cabau Hotels, we are looking for a Receptionist to join our team at Bahía Suites, located in Camp de Mar, Andratx (Mallorca).
Are you a people person with initiative and a sense of humor? We’re looking for you.
Requirements:
- A degree in tourism, accommodation technician or similar is highly valued.
- Fluency in English, German, and knowledge of a third foreign language.
- Knowledge of hotel IT environments, such as PMS, WinHotel.
- Customer Service Training.
- User-level computing.
- Experience of at least one year in a similar position.
What duties will you perform as a receptionist at Bahía Suites Camp de Mar?
- Reception and customer service (check-in, check-out, telephone assistance, direct reservations, answering emails, etc.) and all related tasks.
- Provide assistance and information to clients and perform the corresponding administrative tasks in a qualified manner, with initiative, autonomy, and responsibility.
- Carry out procedures related to the occupancy and sale of rooms.
- Safeguard valuables and deposited money.
- Perform billing and collection tasks.
- Receive, process, and direct customer complaints to the appropriate services.
