Job Description:
• Support the Facilities Manager in ensuring timely, high-quality site operations.
• Implement top-tier preventive maintenance and energy-saving practices.
• Assist in managing facilities, contracts, and technical services procurement.
• Help meet financial targets and KPIs through cost-effective engineering solutions.
• Coordinate with local/regional teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Oversee maintenance team performance and project delivery (on time/budget).
• Oversee housekeeping team to ensure tasks are completed and cleanliness standards are met.
• Support financial processes: budgeting, forecasting, asset/inventory control.
• Contribute to risk management (safety, fire, environmental).
• Ensure team training on facility policies and systems.
• Lead/participate in meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage vendor compliance and service levels.
• Ensure operational standards and policies are implemented.
• Familiar with ISO 27001, ISO 22301, PCI DSS, and facility management best practices.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (licensed or not).
• 3+ years of experience in facilities/project management, ideally in a BPO.
• Strong leadership, customer focus, and confidentiality handling.
• Able to manage multiple sites and engage with stakeholders.
• Open to shifting schedules, weekends, night shifts, and overtime.
