Requirements:
● Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Sustainability, or a related field.
● 5+ years of experience in conducting LCAs.
● Proficiency in LCA software (e.g., SimaPro, GaBi, OpenLCA). Experience with multiple tools is a nice-to-have. The goal is to build an automation tool, so the candidate will work closely with a team of experts.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Familiarity with sustainability frameworks and reporting standards (e.g., GHG Protocol, ISO 14001, GRI).
● Experience with carbon footprinting and circular economy assessments.
● Knowledge of product design and manufacturing processes. We’re looking for candidates who have worked on complex product projects (e.g., electrical equipment, motors, aircraft or their components), or in companies with thousands of products to analyze and automate.
● Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. The candidate should be capable of scaling and automating projects. Knowledge of data infrastructure is a plus, but not mandatory.
● English: Advanced.
