  • Help oversee route support, rest stops, and meal facilitation.
  • Contribute to other tasks as needed to ensure a successful Staff Ride.

This year’s Staff Ride in Spain is going to be EPICO! From cycling through sun-drenched orange groves and vineyards in Valencia to climbing into the dramatic limestone peaks of Alicante, we’ll ride along stunning coastlines, explore charming, whitewashed villages, and indulge in Spain’s legendary Paella—this is one for the books! This year’s ride is certain to be one of the best yet!

To pull off the trip of a lifetime, we need to hire a Rock Star team of Leaders. We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate leaders to help facilitate this magical gathering!

Dates: 

Staff Ride will take place from October 20-23 (3 days, 3 nights). As part of the team, you will need to be available starting on October 16th. Work will consist of two prep days plus three days of trip leading. 

  • Friday, October 17th – partial prep day
  • Saturday, October 18th – prep day
  • Sunday, October 19th – no SR work (Quality Summit for FEs)
  • Monday, October 20th – Wednesday, October 22nd – Lead SR (3 full days)

Role: 

The Staff Ride Team will work closely during the event with Jason Stawiski (SR Specialist) and Miriam Nunez Escrivano (SR Coordinator) to help oversee: 

  • luggage delivery/coordination/facilitation 
  • bike staging set up and break down (bike stands, snacks, water, music, FUN!) 
  • route support/rest stops 
  • lunch/dinner/happy hour facilitation 
  • helping with whatever other task is needed!  

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum 2 years Trip Leading experience is required 
  • High performer (25%tile or above), ideally holding a Field Expert role 
  • Ideally has experience leading in Spain
  • Ideally has knowledge of the Spanish language
  • Ideally has previous experience attending Staff Ride

Pay:  

You will receive your regular trip leading pay rate for 2 prep days and 3 trip leading days + $2,000 USD (€1,840/$2,760 CAD) Staff Ride Bonus to be paid via payroll.
