The Challenge Ahead

With a fully Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) platform already in place, the Infrastructure Team is now focused on scalability, automation, and reliability. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you’ll play a crucial role in evolving our cloud-native infrastructure, eliminating manual gaps, refining observability, and elevating system resilience. You’ll be part of a collaborative, innovation-driven environment where your voice matters, and your work has real impact.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure in AWS
  • Own and automate infrastructure management using Terraform, Helm, and other IaC tools
  • Manage and scale our Kubernetes clusters (AWS EKS) for high availability and performance
  • Design and deploy services, focusing on observability, monitoring, and incident prevention
  • Develop and maintain tooling and alerting to reduce operational overhead
  • Champion production-readiness and contribute to operational best practices
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product engineers to resolve outages and strengthen system reliability
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement and drive innovation within our infrastructure
  • Contribute to our culture of continuous learning and engineering excellence

What We Are Looking For:
  • Knowledge of AWS
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes
  • Knowledge of Python or Golang
  • Knowledge of Bash scripting
  • Managing 24/7 production infrastructure and Kubernetes clusters (AWS/GCP...)
  • Understanding of modern development and operations processes and methodologies
  • Experience with Linux administration
  • Experience with CI/CD management (Argo project)
  • Experience with configuration management (e.g. Terraform, Ansible, Helm, Docker, ...)
  • Knowledge of GitOps principles is nice to have (e.g. ArgoCD)
  • Experience with setting up monitoring stack (preferably Prometheus, Grafana, Alertmanager), configuration of monitoring rules, creating dashboards, etc.
  • Understanding of database systems (MariaDB, MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch, PostgreSQL, ...) is a plus
  • Understanding of the DevOps/SRE philosophy
