Job summary:

  • Responsible for initiating and developing short and long term product strategic plan by identifying value proposition of the product and exploring the market opportunity
  • Responsible for the development of operation plans including tactics aligned with strategies to establish a strong brand presence in Korea and achieve sales value, sales unit, and sales market shares’ growth objectives.
  • Responsible for the supporting the development of commercial forecast and VM
  • Optimizes channel/promotional mix for individual product through appropriate resource allocation that meets brand objectives and customer needs
  • Collaborates sales team and all relevant counterparts and interacts with all customer groups to identify potential insights, competitor status and market access issues
  • Communicates all relevant information regarding customer, products, trends, success stories and competitive activities etc.
  • Supporting monitoring & proposing improvement plans for brand performance


Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Market Insights and Opportunities: Gain a comprehensive understanding of the dermatology market through research and cross-functional intelligence & Identify market insights and opportunities through customer interactions.
  • Marketing/Operation Plan: Develop and implement the OTX brand
  • Marketing/operation plan in line with internal SOPs and Code of Conduct guidelines.
  • Digital marketing: Develop and execute comprehensive media plans to ensure optimal reach and engagement across various digital platforms & Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns
  • Campaign Creation and Execution: Create and execute disease and branded campaigns.
  • Promotional Activities and Events: Plan and lead promotional activities not only for HCPs and also Patients with the cross-functional team.
  • Sales Team Support: Support the sales team with immediate query handling and KOL engagements.
  • Sales Team Training: Lead training for the sales team to provide up-to-date market intelligence and knowledge.
  • Product Performance Monitoring: Monitor product performance and the external environment using appropriate tools, taking corrective action if required to meet business objectives.

Education/Knowledge

  • Bachelor`s degree or above
  • Good English communication (Writing and verbal)
  • MS office skills (Word, PPT, Excel and Outlook) proficiency

Experience/Competencies:

  • Marketing Experience: Preferably over 3 years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Dermatology Familiarity: Familiarity with dermatology is preferred, especially with experience in OTX product management
  • Digital marketing & Patient engagement experience preferred
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking, judgment, and influencing skills to develop and implement strategies.
  • Customer Knowledge: Proven experience and knowledge of a broad base of HCPs and patients.
  • Plan Execution: Ability to execute plans to gather user requirements and develop enhancements.
  • Product/Brand Appeal: Implement strategies to maximize product/brand appeal to target customers.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate with the team to monitor product performance and direct product and/or marketing adjustments.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Good interpersonal skills for building partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Strong collaborative ability and dedication to team accomplishment.
  • Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and resilience
