IT ERP Support Analyst

Bell Flavors & Fragrances, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive ERP Support Analyst to join our corporate IT team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting, maintaining, and enhancing our ERP system to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and alignment with business needs.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the go-to expert for ERP-related support issues across the organization.
• Diagnose and resolve complex user-reported issues across multiple departments.
• Test software releases and ERP enhancements to ensure functionality and accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement ERP improvements.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of training documentation and end-user support materials.
• Ensure compliance with IT standards and best practices in system support and data integrity.

 What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience supporting ERP systems (such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with business operations in manufacturing or supply chain is a plus.
