BI Analyst

岗位职责：
1. 跨部门跨业务领域进行业务需求沟通，了解用户需求及业务流程， 设计分析模型并通过数据分析提供针对业务目标的建议和切实可行的方案；
2. 提供线上线下数据分析支持, 制定并提供定期或复杂的业务报告, 独立完成管理层分配的指定项目；
3.与不同IT团队密切合作，准备完整的基础数据，并对用于分析的数据及其逻辑有深刻的理解以便于后续的持续更新改进；针对业务分析中遇到问题，收集/定义/记录并进行优化管理；
4. 负责report和dashboard的原始数据准备、进行清理数据和处理数据；熟练使用BI工具，如Power BI，Excel, Metabase 等设计和构建可扩展且有效的数据分析模型；

5. 编写用户指南并培训业务用户如何使用报表，维护每个报表目录，包括计算逻辑、业务逻辑、报表用途、目标用户等等；

6. 生产环境中报表出现问题时，需要在SLA时间内提供在线支持并分析原因提供合适的解决方案；
7. 根据公司政策，积极推进Power BI的开发进程，把控数据质量，按时交付，对敏感信息保密；

8. 在公司系统中执行项目管理，按照项目流程进行更新，包括项目目标，需求方，版本号控制，与项目负责人确认项目优先级及项目预算，确认项目预计完成时间；

9. 管理维护数据分析模型样例和术语库，确保计算逻辑，字段名称，业务术语和逻辑保持一致；

10. 对业务用户提出的问题和想法给予及时有效的反馈；

11. 在日常工作中持续学习新技能（如PBI每月更新新功能），定期与团队分享业务及技术知识。
任职要求：

1.  对IT生产制造业务流程具备充分经验优先；
2.  Power BI 或者 Tableau 中级到高级知识， 包括但不限于：数据连接、数据关系、数据建模和 dashboard 等；
3. 高级Excel技能，包括数据透视表、查找、数据建模、dashboard；精通MS Access/Visio/Power Point；有Excel VBA和SQL知识者优先；

4. 对数据敏感，有较强的分析思维和逻辑思维；
5. 较强的组织和时间管理技能，可以在时间期限内高效处理多个项目并推动完成；
6. 自我推动并有良好的学习能力， 对于所需要的业务知识及技能进行积极探究；优秀的沟通和人际交往能力，能够在不同文化背景中开展良好的业务沟通与交流；
7. 较强的口头和书面英语能力，可以经常与北美及欧洲合作伙伴进行会议讨论及正式的项目演讲；
