About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Commercial Relationship Manager for the Minnesota Commercial Banking team with an emphasis on acquiring new relationships with Investment Real Estate (IRE) investors in the State of Minnesota.  Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com. 


In this role, you will:

  • Build complex IRE portfolio of commercial banking relationships
  • Actively participate in the completion of major transactions
  • Partner with other product partners including but not limited to Interest Rate Risk, Treasury Management, Deposits and Wealth to attract and retain customers with an appropriate credit risk and operational risk lens to grow revenue and profits
  • Close collaboration and engagement with the Portfolio Management team while still maintaining ownership of the risk
  • Interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements


Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Commercial Banking Relationship Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Job Expectations:

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$144,400.00 - $300,000.00
