Job description

Job Summary

 

You will be responsible for assisting with the mortgage loan closing process by ordering wires, managing our loan delivery pipeline, and finalizing the purchase of our loans. You have exceptional communication skills, a high level of motivation thrives in a fast-paced environment, is adaptable to change, and is extremely driven. This is an entry level position with opportunity for growth.


 Duties/Responsibilities

  • Order warehouse wires for funding
  • Responsible for balancing purchase advises provided by our investors
  • Endorse, ship and track collaterals daily
  • Responsible for working with our loan delivery team to ensure loans are delivered to investors by expected date
  • Tracking final title policies and recorded deeds
  • Maintain our aged trailing documents reports.
  • Assist with other support teams when back up is needed

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Mortgage, Title or Escrow experience is preferred
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Extremely hard-working self-starter
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
