Full Stack Developer

Are you passionate about building impactful technology that contributes to real-world sustainability? We're looking for a Full Stack Developer to join a focused and agile team bringing cutting-edge carbon reduction AI & ML solutions to market.

You’ll collaborate closely with 3–5 engineers and data scientists, owning end-to-end product delivery across the stack. From frontend to backend, you’ll play a key role in designing, developing, and iterating fast in response to user needs. Key responsibilities:

• Deliver full-stack features and own technical components end-to-end

• Collaborate with product and data teams to bring AI/ML-powered tools to life

• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code across the stack

• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and continuous improvement

• Help drive engineering best practices and mentor team members

Tech stack:

• Frontend: React (with Vite), TypeScript

• Backend: Node.js (with Express), Python (with FastAPI)

• Database: MongoDB

• Cloud: Google Cloud Platform

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer in fast-paced SaaS environments

• Advanced proficiency in TypeScript, React, Node.js, and MongoDB

• Solid experience building backend services in Python using FastAPI

• Familiarity with CI/CD, Git workflows, and containerized environments

• Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals and design patterns

• Experience working in agile teams and fast development cycles

• Excellent communication skills and fluent English (written and spoken)

• Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Nice to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field

• Experience building data-driven products or AI/ML-based applications

• Familiarity with infrastructure, monitoring tools, and DevOps practices

• Interest in climate tech, sustainability, or mission-driven work
