The Global Implementation Manager will lead the successful deployment of corporate travel programs across multiple regions. This role requires expertise in project management, client onboarding, and process optimization to ensure seamless travel program implementations for our global clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring adherence to industry best practices.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the end-to-end implementation of corporate travel programs for global clients, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and clients to define project scope, timelines, and key deliverables.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, tracking milestones, risks, and dependencies throughout the implementation process.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and client-specific travel requirements.
  • Coordinate data integration, system configurations, and user training to optimize travel booking platforms and expense management tools.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing guidance, troubleshooting support, and proactive communication throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Partner with global stakeholders to align travel program goals with organizational objectives.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on project status, challenges, and outcomes to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Travel & Tourism, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate travel management, travel technology implementation, or related fields.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, global implementation projects within the travel industry.
  • Strong knowledge of global travel policies, supplier relations, and industry compliance standards.
  • Experience working with travel management systems (GDS, OBTs, and expense management platforms).
  • Exceptional project management skills, including proficiency with project tracking tools (e.g., Smartsheet, JIRA, Asana).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capability to interact at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment across multiple time zones.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset, with a keen attention to detail.


Certifications: 

  • Professional certifications such as PMP, CTC, or GBTA accreditation are a plus.
