About This Role:

USALLIANCE Financial is seeking a Designer to join its in-house Creative Team based in Rye, NY. This production-focused graphic design and creative marketing role requires strong design thinking, attention to detail, and an understanding of brand strategy. You will create and maintain USALLIANCE's visual identity across print, digital, and video assets, including marketing materials, internal communications, and member engagement pieces. The ideal candidate is skilled in print production, publication layout, web and email design, and digital graphics, with the ability to manage projects and communicate effectively throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design digital graphic assets for web, email, and social media, ensuring consistency with brand standards.
  • Produce print materials such as flyers, brochures, forms, infographics, and signage that support marketing and member communications.
  • Apply design thinking to create clean, effective, and engaging layouts across multiple formats.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team  to develop creative concepts, plan and execute projects and campaigns, and ensure design and branding align with campaign strategies and objectives. 
  • Proactively manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines, communicating progress, and prioritizing tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Prepare final files for print production and digital deployment with accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring visual assets are optimized for various platforms and devices, incorporating responsive design.
  • Contribute creative ideas to strengthen brand consistency and elevate design quality, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our design processes and creative output.

Who you are:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator required).
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or other CMS and email platforms.
  • Experience with Canva and Figma.
  • Strong presentation design skills in PowerPoint.
  • Solid understanding of layout, typography, color, clean design, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to follow brand guidelines and apply them across print and digital formats.
  • Excellent understanding of marketing concepts and the ability to design for specific campaign objectives and target audiences.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Clear communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn, adapt, and take direction.
  • A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Creative Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience with video editing and motion graphics, and familiarity with UI/UX principles preferred.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base hourly range for this position is $29.36 - $36.00, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential incentives. This position is also eligible for an annual corporate bonus. If you are hired at USALLIANCE Federal Credit Union, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part is any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package.
