The Relationship Manager (RM) is responsible for assisting new and existing UIF customers from all available product divisions with marketing, opening, retaining/servicing, and cross-selling of faith-based deposit accounts offered through University Bank. The RM will work closely with EVP, National Sales in fulfilling day-to-day sales and marketing functions and support. The RM will help organize seminars and webinars and follow up accordingly to assist customers in opening new account(s). Once the account is opened, the RM will stay in touch with the customer and engage them for subsequent new business. The RM will educate firms clients on Deposit programs offered through University Bank and facilitate new account openings working in close coordination with the internal UIF Deposit team. Performance will be judged on marketing events organized, ongoing customer service and support, new accounts opened, cross-selling referrals, and assets raised and retained.
