Position Summary
Provides after-sales service support to customers on-site in the fields of installation, repair, and maintenance Zeiss products. Serves as technical troubleshooter and reports directly to Regional Service Manager.
Main Tasks
1、Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Support high quality after-sales service to satisfy customers 70%
2、Handle technical inquire and provide instruments installation, de-installation, maintanence, troubleshooting and repair
- Provide effective communication to customer and visiting VIP customers 20%
- Handling service quotation, service contract and collect service AR. 10%
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
Education
Bachelor degree in science and engineering
Experience
1、Relevant working experience in development, technology, production or service of medical instrument field
2、4 years experience in engineering
3、2 years experience in related field is preferred
Other skills
1、Logical thinking
2、Good Customer Sense
3、Excellent communication skills
4、English language skills: Proficient in writing and reading, CET-4
5、Proficient in Chinese
6、Use of computer software and data processing applications relevant to technical techniques
