Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven ServiceNow Alliance and Pre-Sales Manager to lead strategic partnerships with ServiceNow and support pre-sales activities across our enterprise accounts. This individual will be responsible for nurturing the alliance relationship, driving go-to-market initiatives, and supporting sales efforts by demonstrating the value of our ServiceNow capabilities to prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the strategic relationship with ServiceNow to maximize joint go-to-market opportunities.
  • Collaborate with ServiceNow alliance teams to build and execute joint business plans.
  • Support sales teams with ServiceNow-specific knowledge, including product capabilities, roadmaps, and value propositions.
  • Conduct solution presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and support proposal development with ServiceNow-aligned solutions.
  • Work closely with delivery and product teams to align solutions with customer requirements.
  • Monitor competitive landscape and provide insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Represent the company at ServiceNow events, webinars, and industry conferences.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise software pre-sales, alliance management, or business development.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform, solutions, and ecosystem.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working in a consulting or IT services environment is preferred.

Location and Travel

This position is hybrid or remote, with occasional travel to client sites, ServiceNow events, and internal meetings as required.
