We're looking for a talented and detail-oriented CRM Systems Administrator to be a key player in maintaining and optimizing our CRM ecosystem. You will be designing and maintaining the CRM database, training staff, and ensuring the system is used effectively.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Work closely with the Fundraising, Marketing, Resident Services, and Facilities teams.
Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Collecting requirements and building reports for staff.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Contribute to the ongoing improvement of data visualization tools and processes.
Other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
1-2 years of experience working with an Enterprise CRM platform.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in an agile environment.
Experience in the Salesforce Environment is a plus
Experience supporting staff with a wide range of technical expertise
Knowledge of Relational Databases is a plus.
