Galderma is seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Revenue Growth Manager to join our Consumer team and unlock full potential of iconic brands like Cetaphil and Differin. This pivotal role will drive revenue optimization and profitability across our consumer portfolio by developing and executing innovative growth strategies.
The Senior Revenue Growth Manager has proven ability to predict shopper behavior through in-depth analytics of different data sets and develop pack-price, assortment and promotional strategies that will allow the Consumer Business unit to achieve its Net Sales and profit goals while outperforming the competition.
The Senior Revenue Growth Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain, to identify opportunities, enhance customer acquisition and retention, and deliver measurable financial results aligned with Galderma’s ambitious growth objectives. The candidate will strongly partner with the Key Account and Finance teams to actively steer clear assortment priorities, pricing strategy management and promotional efficiency to unlock together growth opportunities and maximizing impact of our investments. The Senior Revenue Growth Manager will play a key role as well to ensure adequate orchestration of our RGM strategy and plans across the Omni-channel environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive revenue growth strategies focused on pricing, promotions, product mix, and channel optimization to maximize profitability across Galderma’s consumer portfolio.
- Data-Driven Insights: Leverage internal and external data sources to conduct in-depth analyses, identify growth opportunities, and develop actionable recommendations.
- Pricing and profitability optimization: Analyze pricing structures and market dynamics to recommend adjustments that enhance margins while maintaining competitive positioning. Develop pricing strategy recommendations by identifying and assessing opportunities in pricing & pack architecture for Galderma business, considering retailer, channel and competitive dynamics and price elasticity analysis.
- Promotional strategy planning and implementation: Partner with Key Accounts to develop promotional plan for each key retailer ensuring sell-out acceleration, ROI and promotional efficiency. Develop deep understanding of customer and channel promotion dynamics for our brands and our competition, paired with shopper insights.
- Promotional evaluation & optimization: Analyze, track and steer promotional evaluation process through pre and post-performance assessments. Measure critical metrics for own and competitor brands. Provide insights behind figures and proactively recommend adjustments when needed. Partner with key account teams sales for promotional optimization, correct execution and achieve promo ROI goals. - Partner with Trade Marketing, Marketing and Sales teams to define and implement clear portfolio assortment priorities by channel maximizing revenue and distribution opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to align revenue initiatives with broader business goals, ensuring seamless execution and measurable outcomes.
- Performance Tracking: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate revenue performance across channels and brands, providing regular updates and insights to senior leadership.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present data-driven insights and strategic plans to internal teams and external partners, fostering alignment and driving consensus on growth initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in revenue growth management, business development, or a related commercial role, preferably within CPG. Experience in Personal Care, Skin Care or related categories not needed, but is a plus.
- Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and profitability improvements through strategic initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with high proficiency in data analysis tools and experience with external data sources.
- Deep understanding of key business functions, including Trade Marketing, RGM, Commercial
- Self-motivated, able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with an entrepreneurial and adaptable mindset.
