Finance Executive - Tax & Overseas Accounting (Based in Guangzhou)

Job Description

Accounts Payable (AP)

• Respond to vendor queries and coordinate with internal stakeholders

• Monoitor and perform reconciliations for advance payment and suspense accounts 

• Assist in invoice processing by filling up header invoice details and routing of invoices to respective cost centre

• Perform finance checks and submit bills into accounting system

• Ensure timely closing of AP activities

• Assist in any other activities required

Support in system projects 

• Participate in system project for AP related processes 

Treasury, Tax and Overseas Accounting 

• Prepare documentation and support in repatriation of CNY back to Singapore

• Assist in cny repatriation queries and extraction of supporting documents

• Liaise with banks on banking and repatriation matters

• Liaise with tax agent on monthly book keeping and repatriation matters

• Assist in compliance matters pertaining to Guangzhou representative office

• Assist in any other matters pertaining to Guangzhou representative office

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Degree in Accountancy,or equivalent with minimum 1 year of working experience

• Familiarity with NetSuite will be an advantage

• Good oral and written communication skill

• Ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
