The Position

We are seeking an experienced Access & Policy Partner to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's interactions with government entities, advocating for favorable policies, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. This role requires a strategic thinker who can build relationships with key stakeholders, understand policy implications for the business, and effectively communicate our positions.

Key Responsibilities

  • You strategically oversee pricing and reimbursement protocols, build and maintain the relationship with external stakeholders.

  • You facilitate collaboration with the Pricing & Access Team and Disease Area Teams throughout registration, pricing, and reimbursement lifecycles, and in response to evolving environmental factors impacting Roche products.

  • You provide comprehensive updates to Disease Area Teams regarding potential advantages or disadvantages arising from governmental organizations' activities about reimbursement and pricing.

  • You continuously monitor and interpret regulatory frameworks, legal statutes, and policy modifications.

  • You address inquiries originating from pharmacies, healthcare professionals, patients, and members of the Disease Area Team.

  • You provide expert assistance in resolving reimbursement-related issues encountered at the pharmacy, hospital, or social security center levels.

  • You resolve challenges within TEB processes to accelerate patient access to essential medications.

Who You Are

  • You have Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Public Administration, Law, or a related field.

  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in government affairs, public policy, or related roles in Healthcare.

  • You have a strong understanding of government processes and regulatory environments and have relationships with key stakeholders.

  • You are excellent in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • You are result-oriented, able to analyze complex policy issues and convey them clearly.

  • You have a good level of English and are fluent in Turkish.

  • You are located in Ankara.
