Job Description:

JOB OVERVIEW Assist Map Advisors and Collision Repair Specialists in checking the status of repairs by following up with vendors (shops, roadside and rental) and drivers, handle processing of POs. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Follow up on tows; review and correct as needed.
  • Arrange, manage, and follow-up on Shop-to-Shop tow requests.
  • Assign and manage Tech Sheet follow ups to MAP Advisors
  • Locate and secure non-Drivable vehicles.
  • Confirm vehicle arrival or location with shops.
  • Document and log DOT and ANSI inspections
  • Contact shops to request re-fax of estimate with the correct full VIN added.
  • Communicate status of repair to MAP or Collision when necessary
  • Create POs for after-hours emergency road services.
  • Assist Accounts Payable in updating POs paid by credit card and document incorrect vendors.
  • Update PO amounts for roadside vendors
  • Support the Enterprise group in locating misplaced or lost rental vehicles.
  • Create Info POs to document maintenance performed by client-owned garage.
  • Assist with the open PO report by following up with shops.
  • Be available to assist within the department and with other groups and departments in Wheels.
  • Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • High School diploma required
  • One to three years Customer Service experience
  • An understanding of Fleet, Vehicle or Collision Repair, Subrogation, and/or Risk Management is preferred.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS, PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT Work Environment: This position is in Alpharetta, GA or DesPlaines, IL and operates in a professional office environment. Position Type/Standard Schedule: This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. Travel: No Travel required for this position. Pay Range:

$34,000-$47,600

The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is eligible to participate in the annual incentive plan which is based on company performance and individual performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience, education, certifications, skill level and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed here.
