Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Technician to join our professional services organization in Bedford, MA. This role is crucial to maintaining our high standards of technical support and ensuring smooth operations in the Bedford Office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line technical support to staff.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Assist with new hire onboarding and offboarding tasks.
• Maintain and update technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft operating systems and protocols.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in IT support or a related field is preferred.
