About the role


The Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) Marketing Lead role will handle growth programs and campaigns across the different stages of the customer lifecycle. This includes the managing the customer engagement and promo platforms, coordination with various stakeholders in making sure that the CLM campaigns are maximized to reach the company objectives and OKRs, support the business units in making sure customers are well informed of the features, services, offers, and advisories from GoTyme Bank


  • Work with other internal stakeholders to ensure that the CLM campaigns are able to support key business objectives.
  • Handling of the Customer Engagement Platform (CEP) to run customer engagement campaigns delivered through SMS, e-mail, push notification, in-app nudges, and other channels that will be triggered using the CEP.
  • End-to-end management of CLM Marketing Campaigns from coordination with business units and stakeholders, operations of the Customer Engagement and Promo Platform
  • Operation of the CEP and Promo platforms in line with the campaigns and programs
  • Work with the creatives team in developing direct-to-consumer nudges through SMS, e-mail, push notification, in-app nudges, and other channels that are under the Customer Engagement Platform.
  • Coordination with TymeX team on consistent improvements, enhancements, and fixes needed for the Growth tools which includes the customer engagement platform and the promo platform.


Must haves


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or other related courses
  • Knowledge and experience in handling marketing tech platforms such as Salesforce, MoEngage, hubspot, or the likes is a must
  • Ability to coordinate and work with various stakeholders to manage projects and campaigns
  • Experience in working with end-to-end handling of marketing campaigns addressing business objectives and requirements
  • Knowledgable in handling Customer Engagement Platforms and/or other Marketing and Growth tech platforms
  • Able to manage campaigns end-to-end and prioritize projects based on objectives
