Role Summary
This role is critical in supporting our supply chain and operations teams through robust forecasting, insightful data visualization, and streamlined ETL processes. You will be responsible for turning raw data into actionable insights to improve material planning accuracy, reduce excess inventory, and optimize procurement efficiency.

What You Will Do:

  • Support operations planning relating to demand signals, material shortages, or schedule and production issues.
  • Perform Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) analysis and reporting, joining forecast efforts and identify risk and opportunities to improve planning and execution.
  • Extract and transform data to drive improved decision-making across OSC.
  • Lead efforts to develop and support the achievement of Planning KPIs.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives & in some cases, lead Kaizen events.
  • Foster strong working relationships with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, supply chain, data engineering, data governance/integrity, and IT.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding product development status using change management techniques.  

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with SAP and/or other MRP systems.
  • Experience with transforming MRP system data or visualizing MRP data

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Experience with ERP systems, PRISM, APEX, Kinaxis/RapidResponse.
  • Experience with Data extractions, transformations, and visualizations – Alteryx, Tableau, PowerBI, Python, R, SQL, Excel
  • Experience working in a SIOP capacity

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
