What will you get the chance to do?
Support in coordinating the use of office space through the desk booking system, in line with the calendar of planned meetings and attendance reporting.
Support in executing selected administrative and operational processes, such as: office attendance management, office supplies purchasing, access card management, and others.
Carrying out administrative and operational tasks related to office functioning, e.g., handling mail, ensuring proper operation of office equipment, etc.
