  • Oversee the creation and enhancement of data assets and products that enable marketing solutions. Ensure data assets are available and accessible to address large-scale problems like experimentation and audience selection.
  • Partner closely with our brand strategists to align technical capabilities with business objectives and translate strategic marketing requirements into actionable engineering initiatives and technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with global marketing teams to implement US-based solutions in international markets.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the engineering team. Drive innovation and continuous improvement in data engineering practices.
  • Drive technical roadmap planning and execution for solutions enablement initiatives.
  • Lead PI (Program Increment) planning activities and agile ceremonies across engineering teams. Coordinate with product management and other stakeholders on feature delivery and strategic planning.
  • Foster a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement within your teams.
  • Build, lead, and retain high-performing engineering teams through mentoring, career development, and talent acquisition.
