Panduit, a leading global manufacturer of structured cabling and network infrastructure solutions, is seeking an experienced professional to join our federal team. We are looking for a results-driven Federal Territory Market Manager with a proven track record of selling to the Federal Government to help build and execute a winning federal strategy. If you're ready to leverage your expertise in federal contracting and mission-critical network solutions to drive growth and innovation, apply today!

The Federal Territory Market Manager serves in a dual capacity as both a strategic leader and an individual contributor, playing a critical role in supporting the development and execution of Panduit’s federal market strategy. This role is accountable for driving revenue growth, increasing market share, and enhancing customer satisfaction within the federal government sector.

  • Develop and maintain influential relationships with key stakeholders involved in federal government business, including agencies, prime contractors, federal systems integrators, low-voltage contractors, and distributors—contributing to strategic sales planning and the achievement of both short- and long-term objectives.
  • Lead the pursuit of high-impact federal opportunities on behalf of manufacturer’s representatives by aligning Panduit’s value proposition with customer requirements and coordinating internal efforts to successfully close deals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Product Management, Business Development, Leadership, Pricing, and Customer Experience—to design and implement market-specific strategies that promote efficiency and organizational alignment.
  • Track and evaluate performance using established metrics, deliver consistent feedback, recommend corrective actions when necessary, and provide regular updates to stakeholders on the execution and progress of the federal territory strategy.
