The Administrative Marketing Support Specialist plays a key role in supporting the marketing and channel teams by managing administrative tasks, coordinating marketing activities, and ensuring smooth execution of partner programs and campaigns. This position is essential in maintaining operational efficiency and supporting the growth of channel partnerships through organized and timely support.
Provide administrative support for the channel marketing team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining documentation.
Assist in the coordination and execution of partner programs, campaigns, and promotions.
Manage and track Market Development Funds (MDF), including processing requests, maintaining records, and generating reports.
Support the quarterly promotion process by organizing materials, tracking deadlines, and communicating with partners.
Distribute and track channel leads, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate reporting.
Maintain and update partner databases, contact lists, and program documentation.
Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and marketing materials using Excel and PowerPoint.
Coordinate internal communications and follow-ups across departments such as sales, product marketing, and operations.
Monitor and report on key metrics related to partner engagement and campaign performance.
Required Education: Bachelor's Degree
3–5 years of experience in administrative, marketing support, or communications roles.
Experience working with B2B Channel partners such as DMR’s, Distributors, Resellers
Must have strong analytical skills with extreme proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Professional presence and communications skills
Possesses strong data entry skills.
Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.
Able to use common office equipment.
