The Opportunity
This position works out of our Columbus, OH location in the Nutrition Division.
This position reports to the Program Manager, Global Design Assurance. Ensures that all Abbott Nutrition products meet the highest standards for quality required by regulations and is responsible for determining trends in the supply chain and adapting or transforming quality processes to achieve breakthrough improvements. Interruption in the distribution of products can result if these efforts are not well planned and coordinated across the business.
The Design Assurance (IFA) Compliance Support Project Leader will oversee quality programs to assure quality and regulatory compliance for our products with a focus on FDA regulated infant formulas and supporting programs. The Project Leader needs to be team oriented, agile, innovative and able to anticipate and mitigate risks. The Project Leader delivers timely, fact based, decisions focused on assuring quality and compliant products.
The successful candidate independently manages tasks and timelines and works in collaboration with manufacturing sites, internal and external testing labs and division teams to ensure deliverables. The Project Leader will support internal and external audits to ensure accurate and timely responses. Key responsibilities include data mining and analysis directly impacting testing strategies and department budget.

The base pay for this position is
$54,000.00 – $108,000.00In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
