The Business Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external customers, understanding the complex nature of the company’s business and products offered, and aligning business and system requirements for receipt and processing of bordereau files for sales/cancels and/or claims. Complete processing reconciliations to include research and resolution of differences and applying and tracking receivables. The Business Relationship Manager pro-actively manages the overall operational relationship with MGA’s/customers/accounts and is a trusted partner working directly with our Sales, Underwriting, and Financial teams.
