VCA Sunrise Vet Group located in West Islip, NY is looking for a Medical Director who enjoys practicing advanced medicine with a cohesive, tenured team.

We are a long-standing practice in the community with 3 tenured doctors who have been with the practice 20+ years. We believe in a family atmosphere as a team and laughter is a big part of our days.

We are a fully staffed hospital with 3 Licensed Veterinary Technician, a fully staffed Client Service Representative Team, and Veterinary Assistants. We are super excited that our little location will be moving to a new facility starting the new year of 2026 .
