Join us as the Global Technical Curriculum & New Talent Integration Lead and play a pivotal role in designing and delivering impactful learning experiences for our Engineering and R&D community within the transformer’s domain.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Curriculum Design: Create structured, role-based learning paths for engineers at all levels (entry to senior)

  • Content Development: Build detailed curricula with course outlines, objectives, timelines, and delivery formats (classroom, virtual, hybrid)

  • Industry Alignment: Ensure curricula reflect industry standards, regulations, and emerging technologies in transformer design and manufacturing

  • Collaboration with Experts: Work with SMEs, product engineers, and R&D leads to develop practical, relevant content

  • Real-World Integration: Embed real engineering challenges into training modules to promote applied learning

  • Evaluation & Improvement: Define assessment methods, gather feedback, and update curricula regularly to maintain relevance and effectiveness

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead curriculum projects, manage resources and timelines, and align with business goals

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate with Engineering, R&D, HR, and L&D to align training with talent strategies

  • Mentorship: Guide junior instructional designers and promote a culture of learning and innovation

  • New Joiner Program: Lead the global onboarding program, ensuring consistent training across regions and readiness for production roles within 6–12 months

Your background

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Instructional Design, or related technical field

  • Experience: 10+ years in technical training development for engineering or R&D professionals

  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of transformer technologies, manufacturing, and engineering workflows

  • Onboarding Leadership: Experience managing global onboarding or early-career development programs

  • Digital Tools: Familiarity with platforms like Creo, AutoCAD, MATLAB, and digital learning systems

  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage complex projects and coordinate across global teams

  • Language Skills: Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

  • Instructional Design: Expertise in adult learning methods and content development

  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for cross-department collaboration and stakeholder engagement

  • Tech Proficiency: Skilled in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and committed to high-quality standards
