We are looking for a Specialist (m/w/x) Operative Procurement to join our purchasing team in Chișinău (Moldova), starting as soon as possible.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for the smooth running of day-to-day operations

  • Monitoring and careful checking of all processes in operational purchasing

  • Communication with our suppliers and customers by phone and email

  • Handling customer and supplier queries, such as ensuring hassle-free returns processes, processing credit notes and refunds, checking order statuses, processing cancellations, etc.

  • Ensuring on-time supply of the end customer by our suppliers

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Commerce / Economics and first professional experience in operational purchasing and an interest in IT topics is desirable

  • High level of analytical thinking, organisational and excellent communication skills

  • Service- and customer-oriented, the ability to provide the best solutions

  • Conscientiousness, effectiveness and reliability

  • Fluent Russian and intermediate English skills; knowledge of German is a plus
