Lithia & Driveway | Marketing Producer

Location: On-site or Remote

Compensation: $50,000-75,000annual DOE

Lithia & Driveway (LAD) is seeking a Retail Creative Marketing Producer to join our in-house Creative Team. This role is central to improving how we manage creative workloads, drive internal efficiencies, and deliver high-impact marketing materials to our nationwide network of retail stores.

You’ll work closely with designers, project managers, and marketing leads to ensure work is flowing smoothly, timelines are met, and creative excellence is upheld—all while finding new ways to improve speed to market and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities 

  • Oversee the on-time delivery of all retail store marketing collateral by the Creative Team

  • Monitor the team’s workload balancer daily to optimize task assignments and address potential bottlenecks

  • Collaborate with Retail Project Managers to clarify requests and ensure design-ready briefs

  • Partner with Field Team members to define project objectives and success metrics

  • Coordinate with Design Managers to plan and execute internal initiatives and process improvements

  • Manage tasks in our department’s project management software

  • Handle periodic creative requests from internal stakeholders across departments

  • Report on workload and team performance metrics using task management data

  • Support the development of Creative Team process documentation and training materials

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Certified Scrum Master)

  • Automotive industry experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in agency or in-house marketing project management

  • Strong knowledge of digital and print marketing production workflows

  • High proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Workfront, Monday.com)

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent communication skills; able to bridge creative and operational teams

  • Experience working with outside vendors (e.g., photographers, production houses, etc.)

  • Ability to define project scopes and resolve ambiguity quickly

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and problem solving
