岗位职责
1/ 特渠渠道发展策略制定,包括:经销商的网路布局建议,产品的渠道选品建议,价格链的梳理,渠道的投资策略,以及相关的渠道能力发展规划。 
2/渠道健康管理:依照公司共同制定的渠道产品分销规则和商贸政策,充分管理渠道的产品分销规范,保障渠道以及客户间的良性竞争。 
3/渠道能力发展: 针对现有的渠道特性和趋势,开发相关的新渠道拓展模式,以及数智化平台,为区域的销售管理团队和经销商团队进行赋能。
4/流程搭建和梳理:搭建特渠的工作流程,规范化制度,建立审核流程。

任职要求
• 学历经验:本科及以上,5年+销售/渠道管理经验,3年+特渠经验,熟悉采购流程。
• 核心能力:市场洞察与商务谈判能力,团队管理与跨部门协调能力,数据驱动决策能力。
• 技能要求:熟练使用Office、CRM系统,具备项目管理与抗压能力,可适应出差。
