Product Manager Category Head

Position Summary

As the Product Manager Category Head, you will contribute to the expansion of our product's market coverage by setting up a product line-up operation plan. You will also manage the product lifecycle and develop pricing strategy to meet the target sales for the product, while maximizing sales and minimizing loss.

Role and Responsibilities

Your work includes, but is not limited to:

• [Line-up management] Oversee the development and management of the line-up portfolio plan and efficiency improvement efforts and market issue response.
• [Launch management] Manage the product/service launch timeline setting by analyzing the new model's target quantity and its profit and loss, and by working with the marketing department.
• [Pricing operation] Devise the pricing operation strategy of each segment and model.
• [Discontinuation management] Manage the plans to minimize the leftover materials when a product is to be discontinued by setting appropriate discontinuation timeline and plans to utilize the leftover materials.

Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in the role, you must have/be able to:

• Bachelor's Degree holder, preferably in Marketing or related field
• At least 8 years of experience in Product Marketing Management with at least 2 years of experience as a people manager
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop effective strategies.
• Ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and effectively communicate with various teams.
• Understanding of consumer behavior, market dynamics, and retail operations.
• Ability to develop and implement effective strategies to address challenges and achieve goals.
• May lead a small team of professionals with limited control over budget spending or HR management such as recruiting or dismissal and supervises mentoring and coaching for team members
• Must be willing to work fully onsite in McKinley Hill, Taguig
