Responsibilities

As a Senior QA Manual Engineer, you will:

Own and strictly implement test plans for various features and systems.
Perform comprehensive manual testing to identify and resolve issues.
Successfully lead bug triage sessions and determine quality risks.
Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and design teams.
Maintain and apply QA tools like JIRA, TestRail, and Postman.
Report on quality metrics and keep collaborators promptly informed.
Promote the use of standard processes for QA and offer support to junior team members to help them progress.

What We're Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

Proven QA experience with a strong focus on manual testing.
Solid understanding of QA methodologies and the Agile SDLC.
Proficient use of bug tracking and test management tools.
Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
Clear and effective communication skills.

Bonus Points

We would be thrilled if you also have:

Experience in the gaming industry or with social/mobile apps.
Familiarity with CI/CD processes and performance testing.
Knowledge of SQL and data validation techniques.
