Commercial Sales Manager  

Remote | Full-Time | Base $120-130K + Uncapped Commission

Registrar Corp is actively seeking an experienced remote Sales Manager that thrives on providing impactful coaching, training, and development to a remote Software as Service Sales and SDR team. This Sales Manager will coach a team of Account Executives and SDRs to develop pipeline and win new business within the food and beverage manufacturing industry by sharing the benefits of Registrar Corp’s cutting-edge compliance-related services and solutions. This is a fast-paced role with a 60-90 day sales cycle.

Role Responsibilities: 

  • Lead, inspire, and manage a high-performing team of Account Executives (AEs) and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to consistently exceed performance targets. 

  • Cultivate a results-driven, collaborative sales culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement. 

  • Define, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate team effectiveness and drive strategic decisions. 

  • Design and oversee a structured outbound prospecting strategy within the CRM to support pipeline growth across the AE and SDR teams. 

  • Maintain and enhance Sales Performance Management tools and resources within the CRM to support team success. 

  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to align lead generation strategies and execute impactful marketing campaigns. 

  • Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization to improve client satisfaction, streamline reporting, and enhance cross-functional communication. 

Required Skillset and Experience:  

  • Sales Accumen:3–5 years of experience leading a remote sales team, with a strong track record in outbound prospecting, cold calling, delivering demos, and consistently achieving sales quotas in a SaaS environment 

  • Consultative Selling: Proven expertise in Consultative Sales Methodologies; MEDDICC strongly preferred 

  • Technical Proficiency: Hands on experience using sales sequencing tools; HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft, etc. 

  • Leadership & Coaching: Demonstrated executive presence with a strong coaching mindset, capable of developing and empowering high-performing sales teams 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience in Food and Beverage industry strongly preferred 

  • Regulatory, compliance, or government agency experience strongly preferred
